Terms of Service
Beeblio is a reader for language learners. These terms are short because the service is simple: read, save words, review.
These terms govern your use of Beeblio (the web app at beebl.io and the iOS and Android apps), operated by Digideal LLC, doing business as Beeblio. By using Beeblio you agree to them.
The service
Beeblio generates short readings pinned to your estimated vocabulary level, lets you look up and save words, and schedules reviews. Generated text comes from an AI model: it may occasionally be inaccurate, awkward or wrong. Use judgement, especially with pasted texts and translations.
Your account
- You can use Beeblio as a guest, with your progress stored only on your device, or create an account to keep it.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be 13 or older.
Your content
Text you paste stays yours. You grant us the right to process and store it in order to provide the service (measure its difficulty, simplify it, show it back to you). Don't paste text you have no right to use, and don't use Beeblio to produce or distribute unlawful content.
Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, bulk generation or reselling of readings.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Pricing
Beeblio is free to use with daily limits. Beeblio Plus is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase; the current prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account or, for purchases made in the iOS or Android apps, through the store that took the payment. Purchases made through an app store are refunded under that store's policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Beeblio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use means acceptance.
